• All code, designs, prototypes, documents, and solutions developed by participants during programs or hackathons remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective individuals or teams.
• Trionova Tech School does not claim ownership of any participant-created work. However, participants grant Trionova Tech School a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature project titles, summaries, screenshots, demo videos, and team details for educational, promotional, or reporting purposes.

2. Use of Participant-Owned Materials

• Any assets such as logos, datasets, images, or written content brought by participants remain their sole property.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization to use any third-party materials included in their submissions.

3. Open-Source & Third-Party Tools Usage

• Participants are allowed to use open-source libraries, APIs, and third-party tools, provided they adhere to the respective licensing terms.
• Compliance with all licensing conditions and usage restrictions is entirely the responsibility of the participants.

4. Protection of Trionova Tech School Content

• All materials provided by Trionova Tech School—including branding, course content, training resources, event materials, and documentation—are protected under applicable copyright laws.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Respect for Third-Party Intellectual Property

• Participants must ensure that their submissions do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Trionova Tech School reserves the right to disqualify or remove any submissions found to be in violation of applicable IP laws or ethical standards.

6. Reporting Copyright Concerns
