Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Trionova Technologies Pvt Ltd, course enrollments, learning slots, and related educational services are considered intangible and time-bound offerings. Due to curriculum planning, instructor scheduling, and resource allocation, cancellations and refunds are limited and governed by the policy below. All refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Trionova Technologies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a student or batch has successfully enrolled and payment (if applicable) has been completed, the enrollment is considered confirmed.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted after course preparation activities (such as learner confirmation, batch listings, resource allocation, or course access sharing) have begun.
  • If a cancellation request is made before course preparation begins, Trionova may review the request and approve it at its discretion..

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • 1. Course Cancellation by Trionova

    If the course is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or not conducted due to reasons solely attributable to Trionova Technologies, a partial or full refund may be processed.

  • 2. Technical or Administrative Error by Trionova

    If a learner is unable to access the course or participate due to a verified technical or administrative issue caused solely by Trionova, a partial refund may be considered after review.

  • 3. No Refund for Learner Withdrawal

    If a learner or batch chooses to withdraw after enrollment, no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason.

  • 4. No Refund After Course Commencement

    Once the course has started, course materials have been shared, or access credentials have been issued, refunds will not be entertained.

  • 5. Third-Party or External Factors

    Refunds will not be applicable for issues arising from internet failures, device incompatibility, third-party platforms, scheduling conflicts, personal commitments, or any learner-side technical limitations.

Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@trionova.co within 7 days of enrollment and before the course start date.
  • Requests must include learner details, enrollment proof, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Trionova will review each case, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 16–30 business days.
  • In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at Trionova's sole discretion.

This policy ensures fair handling of participant concerns while protecting the planning, resources, and operational efforts involved in organizing the hackathon.
